The facilities are great for the children to play with, unfortunately both times we visited the play area my boy had gotten sick first was chicken pox and the 2nd this awful flu that is going around. PLEASE NOTE: this is to be expected where there are many children around they get their hands on everything and I don’t think there is much that can be done to prevent it when visiting children’s centres.
Overall we have had so much fun on our visits to the ball pits, slides and dress up areas. We don’t go to soft play often but now with my boy walking he can enjoy it a little more.
There is an area for under 5’s only (with an adult, no older kids allowed in) which is where we spend most of our time and to be honest it is pretty spacious.
I would recommend booking the 1st slot of the day during the week as it is quieter and you can explore the other areas as the older kids are in school 🤭

Really nice soft play with many attractions, but Definitely over booked , owners thinking more about profits than safety, as kids are squeezing everywhere.

I sat in the car while my son and his mum attended a kid’s party.
I couldn’t think of anything worse than entering a soft play venue. But my son and his mum had an incredible time. Both of them were very happy when they came out.
My son informed me the venue was clean and well maintained - he is a stickler for hygiene. His mum was very impressed by the refreshments that were available and apparently the staff were friendly and attentive.
Even though I sat in the car for over two hours, I still couldn’t quite get my head round the parking restrictions, if there even were any. There were a lot of signs and plenty of guidance. But I couldn’t figure it out. It’s a problem I have.
I may also have been asleep for one and a half of those two hours.

Everything is well organised, the children have fun and can choose from the many activities. The birthday rooms are very nice and clean. We parents can chill out while the children play. I highly recommend this place

A Nightmare Experience – Avoid Safari MK at All Costs!
I cannot express enough how terrible my experience was at Safari MK for the party I booked on 26/01/2025. What was meant to be a fun and memorable event turned into an absolute disaster, thanks to their negligent and incompetent staff.
First off, the party host completely failed to inform us about parking restrictions, which led to £240 in parking fines for myself and three of my guests. This was utterly avoidable had they done their job properly. To make matters worse, I reached out to Safari MK to address this issue and was met with silence—no response, no apology, nothing.
This is inexcusable behavior from a business that claims to care about its customers. They have shown zero accountability and seem to think it’s acceptable to let paying customers suffer the consequences of their staff’s mistakes. I have made multiple attempts to get a refund and reimbursement, and they’ve ignored me at every turn.
I am now warning every single parent in Milton Keynes and beyond to stay far away from Safari MK. They will take your money and then leave you to deal with the fallout of their incompetence. I will not rest until I’ve shared this terrible experience with as many people as possible.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Safari MK is a joke, and the way they treat their customers is unforgivable.

Booked a party here for my daughter's 6th birthday. Staff were fantastic, prices very competitive, food choices and attention to care were great. Easy booking and took a lot of the stress out of the day, thankyou 🙂
